Rules and REQUIREMENTS for Boarding at Poshpaws 


In our commitment to delivering optimal service to you and your pet, we adhere to essential rules to guarantee the safety, happiness, and well-being of all animals at PoshPaws. Our Canine Friends:

  • Must be current on the following vaccines:

    • DA2PP, DHPP, or DAPP (every 1 to 3 years unless you have a current Titers)

    • Rabies Vaccines (Every 1 to 3 years unless you have a current Titers)

    • Negative fecal Ova and Parasite with Giardia ELISA Test

    • Bordetella Vaccine (every 6 months)

    • Leptospira (Leptospirosis) Vaccine (annually)

    • H3N2/H3N8 (canine influenza) Vaccines (annually)

  • All dogs must be spayed or neutered.

  • Intake forms and vaccine records must be submitted and received before your pet's stay can be confirmed.

  • A 50% deposit is mandatory before your pet's boarding stay to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be settled in full at the time of your pet's pickup.

  • Check-In / Check-Out & Drop Off / Pickup Times:

    • Boarding

      Check-In Times: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm

      Check-Out Times: 9:00 am - 11:00 am

      *Check-ins before 10 am will result in a Convenience fee of $25. 

      *Checkouts after 11 am will result in a Full Doggy Daycare fee of $65.

      *If pets do not check out by 6 pm at the latest, will result in a day of boarding fee of $75.

    • Daycare

      Drop-Off Times: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

      Pick-Up Times: 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm

    *A convenience fee of $25 for drop-offs before 9:00 am and pick-ups after 5:00 pm

  • For the safety and well-being of your pet, all medications must be meticulously labeled and organized by day and time of administration. Additionally, ensure that administration directions are clearly expressed. This meticulous sorting helps us provide the necessary care and guarantees that your pet receives the right medication at the right time.

  • Owners are required to supply their pets with home-provided food, pre-packaged and ready to feed for the entire duration of their stay. This practice aims to prevent any disruptions to your dog's stomach caused by a sudden change in diet, ensuring a stress-free experience for your pet. We accept frozen raw food and canned options. If food is not provided, charges will apply for supplying food tailored to your pet's specific dietary requirements.

  • Must have collars with identification and leash.

    PoshPaws maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of violent behavior exhibited by pets. If your pet demonstrates aggression or violence towards us or another animal, your dog will be promptly sent home and will not be permitted to participate in any further services. This policy applies without exceptions.

  • Pet owners are held financially responsible for any property damage caused by their pets, exceeding a monetary value of $25.
